Dear Tire Service Management,I want to express my sincere gratitude to your team and especially to an employee named Erin.Today, I came to your shop because my plastic fender liner was loose and rubbing against the tire. Erin immediately walked out to my car and quickly removed the stuck piece. Thank you for the excellent service, quick response, and for making my drive safe!

This tire center was very unprofessional and unorganized, to say the least. Bunch of people messing around or socializing when they should be working helping members. Especially the young lady at the front of the tire center counter who was flustered and rude from it being busy I’m assuming. I believe her name is Arika, not sure but there’s only maybe two women who work there and both seemed very unprofessional as I have been here many times and had more than one encounter. I’ve seen the woman at he front desk roll her eyes at other employees who work with her and even heard her speak about one of her co workers poorly. Far from a professional employee if you ask me. Costco should do better with who they hire. Just do not like her energy whatsoever as it is the wait times are ridiculous here and will never be coming back to this location again. And even told my family not to come here again. Do better Lomita.

Stopped by the tire center to get assistance with tire pressure and received great customer service. I didn't get the guy's name, but he had short curly hair with blue hair. Great customer service!

Not sure where these recent negative reviews are coming from so I thought I would leave a review. I have always had a great experience at this Costco tire center. I purchase my tires through Costco, tire rotation and balances through Costco, and flat repair as well all free with purchase of tires. So I go to this Costco often and use the tire center regularly. They always do a great job and are relatively fast when it comes to tire services and are professional and clean, they have protective covers when sitting in car. I schedule appointment in advance so my experience is always straightforward and quick. All I can say to those with bad reviews is that is definitely not my experience here, maybe they don’t know how it works

Shout out to CHRIS in the tire department, he was very patient, helpful and had excellent customer service. He not only helped me get a great deal on the tires I’ve purchased, they arrived the next day after we special ordered them (very fast shipping!) CHRIS went above and beyond with making sure I was helped all the way through AND made sure I was safe to leave until the final adjustments -this employee was one of the best people I’ve met , just all around great experience! I’m sending everyone here to see him to get top-tier awesome service for all things car related- a thousand thanks and appreciate the hospitality.
